NIFL Premiership – pagrindinės Šiaurės Airijos futbolo pirmenybės. Tai antroji pagal senumą pasaulyje nacionalinė futbolo lyga. Lygoje rungtyniauja 12 komandų, daugiausi taškų surinkusi ekipa iškovoja čempionų titulą ir atstovauja šaliai UEFA čempionų lygos turnyro atrankose. Paskutinę vietą NIFL Premiership užėmusi komanda iškrenta į NIFL Championship (antra pakopa), ją pakeičia NIFL Championship nugalėtojai. Priešpaskutinę vietą užėmusi komanda žaidžia pereinamąsias rungtynes su antrąją vietą NIFL Championship užėmusia komanda.

Istorija

Lyga sukurta 1890 m. kaip visos Airijos lyga. Pirmaisiais dešimtmečiais lygoje dominavo Belfasto klubai, o kitų miestų komandos lygoje neišlikdavo ilgiau vieno sezono. 1921 m. paskelbus nepriklausomą Airijos Respubliką ir atskyrus Šiaurės Airiją, lyga tapo Šiaurės Airijos lyga. 2008 m. buvo įkurta IFA Premiership ir IFA Championship.
