The Element of Freedom – ketvirtasis studijinis amerikiečių atlikėjos Alicia Keys albumas, išleistas 2009 m. gruodžio 11 d. Pirmasis albumo singlas „Doesn’t Mean Anything“ pasiekė aštuntąją vietą Jungtinės Karalystė singlų reitinge, „Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart“ – septintąją, o „Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down“ – antrąją.

Albumas debiutavo antrojoje JAV „Billboard 200“ reitingo vietoje, per pirmąją savaitę pardavus 417 tūkstančių albumo kopijų. Tai buvo pirmasis atlikėjos albumas, pasiekęs ne pirmąją reitingo vietą. Albumas pasiekė pirmąją vietą Jungtinės Karalystės albumų reitinge, tapdamas pirmuoju Keys įrašu, pasiekusiu pirmąją šią viršūnę. 2012 m. rugpjūčio mėnesio duomenimis, visame pasaulyje parduota per 5 milijonus „The Element of Freedom“ kopijų.
