Jungtinių Valstijų generalinis solisitorius (angl. United States Solicitor General), generalinis solisitorius – JAV federalinis pareigūnas, atstovaujantis JAV Vyriausybei Aukščiausiame Teisme, jeigu Valstijos yra ginčo šalis. Be to, jis sprendžia, kuriais atvejais Vyriausybė skųs teismo sprendimus, koordinuoja atstovavimą Vyriausybei Valstijų apeliaciniuose teismuose. Skiria JAV Prezidentas, pritarus Valstijų Senatui. Pagal rangą JAV teisingumo ministerijoje yra trečias (pirmas – JAV generalinis atornėjus, antras – šio pavaduotojas).
