Islamo bendradarbiavimo organizacija (arab. منظمة التعاون الإسلامي = Munaẓẓamat al-Taʿāwun al-ʾIslāmī, angl. Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, OIC, pranc. Organisation de la coopération islamique, OCI), iki 2011 m. vadinta Islamo konferencijos organizacija – musulmoniškų valstybių tarptautinė organizacija, įkurta 1969 m. Rabate.[1] Organizacijai priklauso 57 valstybės narės; 48 iš jų musulmonai sudaro gyventojų daugumą.[2] 5 valstybės (Bosnija ir Hercegovina, Centrinės Afrikos Respublika, Tailandas, Rusija ir Šiaurės Kipras, pripažįstamas tik Turkijos) turi valstybės stebėtojos statusą.[3]

Organizacija skelbia esanti „bendras musulmonų pasaulio balsas“ ir siekia „apsaugoti ir ginti musulmonų pasaulio interesus, skatindama tarptautinę taiką ir harmoniją“.[4]

Tikslai ir nuostatos

Tikslas – skatinti islamiškų valstybių politinius, ekonominius ir kultūrinius ryšius, derinti jų vykdomą politiką, kovoti su rasinės diskriminacijos ir kolonializmo apraiškomis, siekti tarptautinės taikos ir saugumo.[5]

Organizacija teigia smerkianti tarptautinį terorizmą, yra kritiška Izraelio atžvilgiu (reikalauja pasitraukti iš okupuotų arabų žemių), nepritaria JAV politikai Artimuosiuose Rytuose, remia palestiniečių kovą ir pripažįsta jų teisę įkurti nepriklausomą Palestinos valstybę su sostine Jeruzale.[5] Organizacija neatmeta Izraelio teisės egzistuoti ir palaiko konflikto dviejų valstybių sprendimą.[6]

Struktūra

Islamo bendradarbiavimo organizacijos būstinė įsikūrusi Džidoje, Saudo Arabijoje.[7] Aukščiausioji organizacijos institucija – Valstybių ir vyriausybių vadovų susitikimas (vyksta kas 3 metus). Vykdomosios institucijos: Užsienio reikalų ministrų konferencija (vyksta kasmet), nuolat veikiantis Generalinis sekretoriatas, Tarptautinis islamo teismas.[5]
