Barbara Maklintok (angl. Barbara McClintock; 1902 m. birželio 16 d. – 1992 m. rugsėjo 2 d.) – JAV genetikė.Nobelio medicinos premijos laureatė (1983 m.).
5 dešimtmetyje atlikdama citogenetinius bandymus su kukurūzais atrado judriuosius genomo elementus (transpozonus).
Biografija
1927 m. apsigynė botanikos daktaro disertaciją Kornelio universitete.
